Interesting Website Link Can be a Great Way to Stay in Touch With Your Data Base

I found the most interesting website.  http://www.briloon.org/watching-wildlife/eagle-cam-live.php

Sitting Bald Eagle

I've shared this with my entire address book of current customers and potential prospects ... Everyone of Them has enjoyed the link and been happy to receive it.

I've found that sharing interesting items of value are a great way to keep our name in front of or customers and prospects without always asking for something.

Of course, I always have our professional signature with all our contact information at the bottom of every email.

Whether you use it personally or share it with you data base, enjoy this and have a great day!

An Opportunity for Reflection As We Approach the End of the First Quarter

I'd like to share this message with everyone.  It includes an opportunity to participate in a free 1 hour coaching call that is happening on April 4th.  In earlier blogs I've discussed my views on coaching the importance it has in a successful real estate career.  There are many many great coaching and mentoring programs available, I believe John Alexandrov certainly offers one of the best and I'm happy to pass his great message along to anyone who wants to take advantage of it.

Enjoy!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I can't *believe* how quickly time passes. It's nearing the end of March already.
The first quarter is just about over.
Seems like yesterday we were facing the new year... with new hopes and promises.
I recently read that in the ancient Roman Calendar, March was the start of the New Year.
There were a few reasons for this ... some seasonal ... some financial.
I wonder what people would do differently if March was the start of our new year?
Are you ending the quarter where you *expected* to?
Did you meet or exceed your goals?
If you fell a little short, this story may help you...
A scorpion was wandering along the bank of a river, wondering how to get to the other side.
Suddenly he saw a turtle. He asked the turtle to take him across the river.  The turtle said, "No. If I do that, you'll sting me and I'll drown."
The scorpion assured him, "If I did that, we'd both drown."  The turtle thought about it and finally agreed.
So the scorpion climbed up on his back and the turtle began to swim.  As they started across the river, the scorpion tried to sting the turtle but couldn't get through his hard shell.
The scorpion tried again and again until after many failures he stopped.  When they safely reached the other side the turtle turned to the scorpion and said, "Why did you do that? You would have drowned too."
"I just couldn't help it," said the scorpion. "It's my nature."
The turtle replied, "Then it's a good thing I came along ... it's my nature that saved you from drowning."
Sometimes it's our own nature that gets in the way of making effective change.
Perhaps it would be easier if you didn't attempt it alone.
Attend my free conference call on Friday April 4th at 1:30 PM Eastern.
I invite you to submit questions about the biggest problems you are facing in your business.  I will gladly answer as many as I can.
Go here to register for the call. I'll send you all the information you need to join in
and submit your questions.
I look forward to talking with you.
Dedicated to your success
John Alexandrov
Great Advice ... Being The Best We Can Be.
We recently received this from our friend and mentor, John Alexandrov.  The advice is good ... the opportunity for introspection is priceless.  Take a moment, enjoy the message and take the quiz, you'll be happy you did.
I regularly read financial articles, websites and monitor the ever-changing market conditions.
It helps me better serve my clients.
One item caught my eye today....
Retailers to see less green for St. Patrick's Day
Consumers are estimated to spend $3.6 billion in St. Patrick's Day-related purchases in 2008, down
from last year's $3.7 billion.
St. Patrick's Day is one of those events that lets us cast off our worries... have some fun with friends and forget our daily routines.
I guess I wasn't prepared to add St. Patrick's Day to my market watch. And I'm not going to!
There is so much bad news around, that sometimes it seems you can't escape it. You have to!
You have to make sure that you have fun in life. So this St. Patrick's Day, go out and have fun!
It's way too easy to let economic situations get the better of you. Especially as you strive to make the best of every opportunity that comes your way. It's natural to want more ... to want to be the best we can be.
And you can have fun while you do it.
Well, I've developed a fun quiz to help you be the best you can be.
For those of you who haven't taken our quiz yet, go to http://www.themoneychi.com/sendstudio/link.php?M=767&N=292&L=141&F=H and take it.
There's nothing to buy... there's no obligation ... just solid information packaged in a fun way to learn about your real estate business.
Pay close attention to the questions. The questions are more important than the answers because they reveal the strategies and methodologies every great Real Estate Professional is using.
I know you will find your results useful.
Dedicated to your success,
John Alexandrov
