Until Zillow can walk itself into a house and see the uprades on the house and calculate, I don't put too much stock into Zestimates.

Ralph - I'm not a Zillow Fan ... I understand the drawbacks.  They trend on averages ... having them improve is a good thing!

Lisa - This is good news, even if I don't care for Zillow. They are missing comps all over the place from a valuation perspective, but I do trust their trending information.

Chritianne - I agree - I don't always agree with their vakues ... I do think they post a pretty accurate trend line!
