Only a Grandma Would Know ... If you've got kids OR grandkids Enjoy! Have a great weekend!

Here's a wonderful story that will certainly make you smile!

LOL! What a great story ... I can just see it now! Being a grandma myself I can certainly can relate. Kids do the funniest things without ever meaning to! Thanks so much for sharing this with all of us!

One day my Grandma (Baba) was out, and my Grandpa (Pappy) was in charge of me...(can you tell from my eyes that I'm a bit innovative??)

Cary Baby

I am maybe 2  years old. Someone has given me a little 'tea set' as a gift, and it's one of my favorite.

Grandpa (Pappy)  was in the living room engrossed in the evening news when I brought him a little cup of 'tea', which was just water.

After several cups of tea and lots of praise for such yummy tea, my Baba came home. (Men do like being waited on, no matter what our age!)

My Pappy made her wait in the living room to watch me bring him a cup of tea, because it was 'just the cutest thing!'

Baba waited...and sure enough, here I came down the hall with a cup of tea for Pappy! She watched him drink it up and thank me for such wonderful "tea".

Then she said, (as only a Grandma would know)....

"Did it ever occur to you that the only place she can reach to get water is the toilet?"

It's Friday - sit back and enjoy your evening, your family & your life!

Hey Lisa!  Thanks for the reblog but more thanks for the laughter!  I am finally understanding  the benefits of "grandma" status.

Called my Dad a while ago and thanked him for "letting me live" through those teenage years!

This is a revamp of an old email - but that kid is cute right?  :-)    my husband cracked up b/c I MADE him read it -- he said it is so perfect b/c all men like to be waited on.......regardless if it's the grand daughter. :-)

My grandbabies live out of the area - I miss them all the time. They really do represent such a magical relationship. And they're so darn fun and funny!

Cute story and I know why you chose to reblog it - very funny twist to the tea party. Yikes!

Debb - I'm fortunate enough to have my kids and grand kids all in the same town.  I't such a great blessing to be able to share holidays and regulars day when ever we want to.  I hope you have plenty of opportunities too!  Best Wishes!
