Laura ... Thanks!  we feel like we are doing pretty well!   Land is tough ... no doubt ... but for those who can see the future and appreciate the value, it can be the best investment!

Lisa, yes, excellent work selling those lots.  That looks like wide open space ripe for development.  Do you have roots in the SF bay area?  I know a couple Wetzels.

Lisa ... Several pockets in our Northern Nevada Market are starting to rebound.  The value in the Sawmill Industrial Park is solid ... it's the perfect place for small and medium sized users, and the surrounds are amazing.  Where else can you find an industrial park with such a picturesque view?
