Don - thanks for the comment and thanks for taking a look at our new listing.  New construction s so rare in our market, we are really very lucky to have it.  Not at all like the old days when nail pounding was all we heard in many of the neighborhoods.

I am being pre-qualified through NV rural housing authority. They have notified me that this may take up to 3 weeks!
